General Questions

How do I register?

To create an account, click the user icon in the upper right corner on any page, then click the Register button. You will be able to create your profile, save shipping and billing information, view past orders and request returns and exchanges. Once you have created an account, simply click sign in on the top right of the homepage to login. If you have forgotten your account password, please click "forgot password" when signing in to reset your password.

Our Products

Where are your products made?

All our leather products are made by hand in Argentina by talented craftsmen using only high quality materials.

Are your products environmentally sustainable?

They are as much as possible. We do partner with tanneries that follow sustainable practices in the industry not using heavy metals therefore not producing any harm to the environment. Leather used to make our products come from animals raised for meat. Also, leather is sustainable in the sense that is durable and meant to last.

Where is your leather coming from?

We source all our leathers from different tanneries located in Argentina and Latin America, that are specialised in different type of leather so that we can have the best results in any particular finishing and effect such as crocodile embossed leather, etc.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping methods are available?

We offer free ground shipping via UPS, DHL and USPS for orders over $200 shipping to the continental US. For orders under $200, shipping is $6. Please allow 2-6 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from Southern Florida.

We also offer the option for Express shipping for $25 for 2-day express shipping.

How long will it take to get my package?

Please allow 2-6 business days for arrival.

Expedited orders take 2 business days to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries except to the following: Venezuela, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lybia, Somalia. Yemen.

Where are your products shipped from?

All our products are shipped from Hallandale Beach, Florida. All products are made and imported from Argentina.

Payments & Ordering

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.

Wel also accept payments via Paypal, Stripe and Afterpay.

Can I return the products I ordered?

You can definitely return all our products within 30 days from the purchase. The product must be not used and in perfect condition with the packaging that came in. There are some costs involved so please read through our “Return Policy”.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

As of Sept 1, 2021, Florez is required to collect sales tax in the below locations according to a recent Supreme Court Ruling. This list is subject to change:

Can I change my order?

It depends whether or not your product was already shipped to you. Please contact us at contact@florezofficial.com and use your order number as a subject. We will be more than happy to make changes to your order.
